Have a look inside BDY:

  • Module 1: Resilience

Resilience bridges our capacity to feel well, work well, and stay well. Resilience determines how we’ll respond to stress and how easy it will be for us to stop or reverse the progression from stress to burnout. While some of us may have a biological advantage, resilience can be strengthened by applying skills that contribute to better physical and mental health across all aspects of your life. This module touches on the physiological basis of resiliency and helps identify your vulnerability to stress, burnout, and depression – and how to avoid that spiral. Not everyone feels depleted by poor sleep, but this module also provides tips when poor sleep drains our resilience reserves.

  • Module 2: Insight

A healthier integration of work and life beyond work begins with insight. Authentic, lasting change comes from understanding what truly drives us—our values and motivators—as well as the stressors, habits, and patterns that keep us stuck. Module Two invites you to explore why you do what you do and offers a practical framework for aligning your values, behaviours, goals, and real-world demands. You’ll also examine the logistics required to make it all fit, including a clear look at four common barriers to change and how insight can be used to support intentional, sustainable life choices. This module turns insight into action—so your choices are intentional, realistic, and aligned with what matters most to you and in your relationships with others.

  • Module 3: Self-Compassion

Self-compassion reduces stress, supports recovery, and helps you stay focused and accountable without burning out. You’ll learn how to manage setbacks, pressure, and inner criticism in ways that support focus, resilience, and sustainable productivity. This module shows you how to stay kind without self-sacrifice. You’ll learn why the way you treat yourself shapes how others respond to you, and why silence isn’t always golden. With a strong how-to focus, the module builds practical and powerful communication and advocacy skills, shows how to be helpful without over-functioning, and highlights the risks of compassion turning into self-sacrifice.

  • Module 4: Empowerment

Empowerment begins with self-leadership—not pushing back, but moving forward with intention. This module helps you move out of survival mode into a grounded, confident way of interacting by breaking patterns of over-accommodation, managing expectations, and taking ownership of your energy and choices. You’ll learn how to stay kind without self-sacrifice and communicate assertively without aggression. At the same time, you’ll learn how to build healthy, firm boundaries that reduce stress and strengthen resilience. Practical tools support navigation of challenging workplace dynamics and guide you in approaching conflict with confidence. You’ll discover how communication grounded in clarity, choice, and collaboration contributes to a more empowered presence at work—one that protects your wellbeing, strengthens your voice, and supports productive, respectful relationships.

We can’t promise this course will make you love your job more – but chances are you’ll find more enjoyment in your life.
